Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient.

Tutto perfetto, ho alloggiato per due notti, ma la camera non è stata mai pulita e riordinata. Colazione appena sufficiente, la camera molto bella, ma con una finestra piccolissima che con era sufficiente per far cambiare l'aria. Posizione super!

Alles sehr sauber, aber seitens des Innenarchitekten nicht zu Ende gedacht (Dusche rinnt bis in den Vorraum, beim Betreten des Zimmers steht man schon mitten im Bad, etc.)
