I would like a refund.
This was the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had the misfortune of being a part of. Here is what was not working in our room the ENTIRE stay, we had the suite with the kitchen:
1. The safe was broken
2. The Air Con/Heating was not working, and our room was freezing
3. Wifi was not working
4. The tablet was broken, this tablet gives you access to everything, reception, tv etc. You were not able to call reception as it was broken, and you were not able to adjust the volume on the TV as it was broken.
5. The TV system was not updated, so things like Netflix were not working and needed "maintenance" to fix it
6. The bathtub had clear makeup stains, I have photos
7. Towels had clear black stains, I have photos
I called repeatedly from my phone, to ask for help but because it was in the evening "Geert" told me nobody works in the evenings and therefore we could not be helped.
The next day I went and spoke to someone at the front desk and said can we at least make the minor fixes for the heating because it is absolutely freezing at night, or please move us and please fix the tablet so we can at least contact you. I was told I would be notified if the fixes could be made or if we were going to be moved.
I was not, no fixes were made. The next evening I had the misfortune of speaking to "Geert" in the evening again. There is vide recordings in the hotel I am sure so please look over how this conversation went.
