Worst in class
First and last stay for this hotel. Arrived at the hotel and they could not find my bookings. Later in the night I was notified so have a double booking, but I was too late to use it. Had multiple team members at the same hotel that could have used the booking. This being the booking I had already paid for so I was a no show. Logic was lost on me. This is just ridiculous. I paid twice as I needed to pay for the room all over again and got zero help from the hotel. Poor service, will never stay there again. The rooms are outdated, not very clean and noise level is like a factory during the night. Yes, I booked a paid for a suite and got the experience of a youth hostel.
