Stay As Far As You Can From This Place
I don't usually leave negative reviews unless it's really bad. The pictures looked cute enough and these are lovely bungalows with 2 BR's and kitchen. Upon arrival, we were informed of an extra electricity deposit per day.
There are other things other reviews cited. I wish I believed them: dated appliances don't work (AC's, fridge), lots of mosquitos day and night, leaky faucets, toilets don't flush. No amenities other than 4 towels during our entire stay.
The biggest issue I have is staff's unwillingness to help. Right after we checked out, we realized that we forgot a winter coat in one of the bedroom's closets. It's desperately needed based on the sub-zero weather where we are headed. We contacted the office about it. They refused to have a staff member check for it and simply stated it wasn't turned in. We returned to the property before our flight to look for it. Since the new occupants were not there, we couldn't access the coat which we know is there. I refuse to believe that it's stolen as there isn't much use for a heavy down jacket in the tropics. Still don't get why the office wouldn't send someone to access the property.
