I would be happy to pay this much if I got what was in the photos. So, dissatisfying that when we arrived I felt duped with no recourse and stuck with what I got.

I barely slept. The pillows had a bad smell it was literally stinky. Too much noise, people walking around the property all night long it felt so unsafe

Place was run down, pool was dirty, dead rats outside the door, stray dogs sleeping on the balcony, and not much privacy.. only a thin curtain for a bathroom door.. mattress stained, also no one available for check in, police was called on me trying to check in . Quickly resolved by calling hotel's.com.. but overall not a great spot.. but has potential. Needs better management!!

We ended up not staying here because it’s nothing like the pictures. Everything around it looks abandoned. Nowhere to park, no communication from the staff, it’s definitely a set up and they’re trying to steal money from people. The owners should be ashamed.

We booked this through Expedia for 3 people, I talked to the manager of this inn and mentioned that we in fact had three adults staying there. Once arrived, there was one bed and the other was brought via pickup truck. Asked for towels and tiolet paper and none were brought, internet was not working with the provided password, and the television was not working. Pictures do not match the description.

My reservation was canceled without letting me know. Had to make last minute changes to my lodging for the nights stay at a different facility. It cost me a small fortune to find a place. I am not happy. I would never recommend anyone stay with this property owner

Some of the previous reviews had me nervous about what I would find but we were overall pleased with the motel. The owner answered the phone each time I called and was very friendly and professional. The room and property was clean and the sheets and towels smelled fresh. The pool looked clean and inviting, although we didn't have time to enjoy it. It overlooks the ocean with the waves crashing against the limestone formations. It is a sight to behold, including being able to see the enormous Columbus Statue in the distance to the east. The motel is nestled in between the road and the ocean, so the noise from passing vehicles is real. We recommend ear plugs and running the noise app on your phone.

The property was nothing like the description or pictures - don’t stay here unless you have not other choice. the air conditioning didn’t work the WiFi didn’t exist, the pool was not usable and it was basically a concrete shake between the highway and the ocean. And reach just jagged volcanic rocks. I was ready to go someplace else and fight for a refund but the property owner owned another property down the street and moved us to the other property.

Terrible place. Called ocean front, but no ocean view from room at all. No front desk there. No enough cover on bed. No paper towel, no soap , no shampoo. There were mosquitoes./bugs in the room where I got bite. The sink in the baths room is extremely small. We were misled by the pictures on the web!

Tv/ WiFi did not work. Room for only 3-4 cars…. The property had about 6 rooms, not enough parking. The bed was very hard. I have stayed at many places and this one had the worst bed. Room was clean, I’ll attest to that. I ended up leaving a day early from this location to find a place where I can sleep more comfortable. I asked for half my payment back, I was denied. The owner offered another room, I didn’t feel a room would better change my overall experience, if this is your only options, it will do but don’t settle for this property.

It was not what I was expecting at all. There wasn’t anybody to welcome you and by luck, someone who knows the owner called him so we can check in. The area doesn’t feel safe and I was scared the whole time. The photos at the site are great, but the reality it’s a completely different thing. They didn’t even have soap at the shower. It was really disappointing. I’m very happy it’s over.

Zero communication. This is the worst place. I traveled to Arecibo to see the Observatory with my son because he loves space stuff. I was not able to get into my room. There is no staff on site. There is no email, phone, text, etc form of communication. After repeated attempts at multiple communications methods, I left the property in the dark and went to Burger King to recharge my phone with my son and booked something else. DONT STAY HERE. It looked like a crack house. The nice pool in the photos was covered in bird crap and the road is very dangerous with bad parking. I took my son to the hotel at the Observatory and it was awesome. This place stole my money.
