I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with sister. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They provided information for sightseeing and sorted out every problems during my stayed. The staff team is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very convenient, close to Sapporo Subway Station. Walkable to Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, TV Tower, Sapporo Government Building etc. Lots of choices for restaurants. Close to shopping. We made a trip to Hakodate for 2 days, the hotel held our big luggage for free. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance to Sapporo Station and TV Tower. The overall cleanliness is great, air conditioning is working well, bed is comfortable except that the pillow is a-bit too hard and low. The breakfast is fantastic at the restaurant located at ground floor next to main entrance.
