Amazing hotel Amazing location Amazing staff Clean and spacious room My most favorite part of the hotel is its location being close to all the major attractions and giving you the true feeling of Alfama as well as the fact that my room opened up to the street view. Just the total vibe is great and super clean and nice hotel to stay at while in Lisbon. The restaurant downstairs looked good although I didn’t get anything there

The property was very nice and in a great location to walk to transportation, attractions, shopping and dining. We loved our beautiful room with a tile headboard and wall. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Our room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The air conditioning was not working properly and the staff went out of their way to bring us fans to assist with cooling the room while they worked on a repair. We had breakfast each morning downstairs and it was very nice. We look forward to staying here again.

The property was awesome once we finally found it. Lisbon can be a terribly confusing city when you are not fluent in Portuguese and trying to navigate streets, alleys, and the many stairs. We thought a taxi would be a better option for knowledge of location but we were wrong. Once (2 hours) after dragging 2 large luggage and two large bags a very kind gentleman assisted us to this lovely hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and while smaller, the rooms and lobby with small dining area was cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you know how to find the place.
