Incredible hotel as expected. Dining was expansive and delicious, staff in the restaurant were fantastic also. Check-in was friendly and kind, we were offered an upgrade for a small extra charge which we opted for. We were also able to get late check out for no charge which was very helpful and impressive. The horizon lounge was great, very good food and cocktails and the views were beautiful. Room was large and luxurious, my only slight downside is cleanliness wasn't 100%, there was dust and hairs on some of the fixtures and lightswitches etc. The hotel is in a very busy area, despite being on the 31st floor we could hear music and base coming from a party location nearby up until 4am on one of the nights.

When you arrive, this greeting area and lounge is an indication of the service and experience you are about to have. From the dinning experiences, the gym facility and lounge experiences are truly amazing. Add onto that personal touches with gustatory experiences at the Sapphyr lounge with Maneesha, Aakib, Navodya, Shalika, Harsha. The staff were very kind and very helpful. We loved the hoppers and the Sri Lankan soup in the morning buffet. I wish they had more authentic Sri Lankan dishes offered at the dinner buffet. We ate there twice and would have loved to have jackfruit curry as well as banana curry. The room is very comfortable. I asked for blankets and we directly got them. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Probably, if not the best hotel in Colombo. I was assigned to a room that faces the sea as well as Biera Lake. The hotel, which is also accessible through one of the largest mall is a huge bonus. This gives plenty of options for food. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Certainly will return if I’m headed back to Colombo.
