I mean, you get what you paid for.
There isn’t 24/7 front desk service as advertised on their website, but when there was someone in the front, they were pleasant and helpful. There was no one from 11am-4pm which is odd, and made check in super difficult. I was lucky that some people who were also staying there opened the door for me. But I had to wait in the lobby for 2h which isn’t fun.
The room was sad. Dark, dingy, the shower was so small I could barely wash my hair properly (I’m a small 5’4 girl for reference). It definitely needs renovating. There was a very thin sheet for covers.
I guess you can mostly commend it for its location, near metro and train stations, and multiple bus stops.
