The hotel was pretty central for all my commuting needs on this trip, especially to get down to Tokyo Bay or Toyosu Market and for shopping. The Family Mart downstairs was very handy to grab a quick bite or necessities, and there are a handful of coffee shops nearby too. My room was very compact, with enough room to move around for just myself but that's all I needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very approachable and helped me to forward my luggage to my next hotel.
