DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES!I 've prepaid for a double room. And I paid for what I see. Attached is the picture of the room they put us in. We were in Molle only for 24 hours. I went down to the receptionist, opened with a very friendly line "I believe there is a mistake about our reservation, I booked a double room". He said I booked very late and there was no other available room. "You shouldve called us not book on hotels.com". UNBELIEVABLE!! delete your profile here if you can't handle with it!! I said other hotels say they don't have available room on that date, you can't just accept my booking although the hotel is full and put me in the only available room. Me booking late is not an excuse. He then suggested that:
I can leave, stay somewhere else and ask for money back from hotels.com. (There is no drop in, all hotels were booked already and he counts on that). He complained that he has to pay to hotels.com as well. Then I asked for a discount, he told me I already have discount - which has nothing to do with them; I had my own REWARD NIGHTS!! All he ever advised to call hotels.com or leave the hotel (at 4 pm) where I went to stay only for 24 hours. He did not offer any solution, he just closed his arms and never listened to me. After a while, he told either leave or stay in that room, there're people waiting in the line, so go.He made a fool of me in front of everyone! Ive never exposed to such rude, hostile attitude in my life!He ruined my one and only vacation day!
