The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Let's start with the good. The room was decent and clean. It could use a fixer up, and things were getting worn, but all in all, liveable. Beds are firm but comfortable.
The 2 managers on staff were great. Samir and Abdul made sure we were accommodated day or night. They are available when we need them, whether for questions or booking a car.
The food was good. The hamburgers were amazing and freshly made, not frozen. Moroccan salad was super refreshing. Fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast was awesome.
I loved that they had a Nespresso machine in the room as I like to enjoy my coffee in quiet before waking the rest of my family.
Now for the bad. Our room had two leaks. The toilet had a slow leak somewhere in the back where we could not see, and a puddle would form slowly. In the bedroom area, there was a leak from the ceiling as we returned to the room one night. It drenched 2 of our shirts, but thankful did not get any of our electronics. We notified Samir, and it was fixed by morning. The pool was directly above our room and where the leak was from. The shower also had a broken interior handle, so no one could shower without the help of someone helping you open and close the glass door from outside.
And for the ugly. We returned multiple days in a row to find our makeup being used. The first few days, I thought I had just forgotten and left our stuff out unorganized. But by the 3rd day, my daughter noticed that her brand new,
