Clean and convenient!
The location is central and the staff are friendly. You have two subway lines right at the doorstep. We stayed in a room with a toddler. The rooms are small, which is very common for Tokyo. There was a washer/dryer in our room, so confirm you have one before packing because you can bring less clothing. The hotel room was relatively clean, however, the carpets were full of stains. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza.

Nice little gem with reasonable price
Great location! Near to lots of great eatery shops. It's great to have a washing machine in the room. Walking distance to the public transport too.

Good Place in Ginza
Convenient location, surrounded by shopping and great food options. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and extensive with a good variety.

Near to the train station and walking distance to Ginza shopping area. Hotel kept our bags upon check out without additional charges. The washing machine is not noisy. Not much of a view from our room but doesn't bother me at all. Breakfast is not so great.

Great service and wonderful amenities
tokyo stay ginza is a good choice. the location cannot be beat. they've basically thought of everything, so it ends up being really comfortable to stay there. I was in a small room, it may be worth upgrading to a larger room. I did not love the breakfast. it had a great variety of choice but i didn't like the taste of a lot of the items.. Not because they are foreign - I love Japanese breakfasts. there are western and Japanese choices. It just more ordinary than great tasting; I sense not the best ingredients used. Good in a pinch or for the first day. I left a pair of pants in the room and they got them to my next hotel in a timely manner. I really appreciated their service. that alone would give them high marks. thank you Tokyo Stay Ginza!!! lastly, many have said this: its great having clean clothes. The in-room washer dryer is fabulous.
