Badly managed and not cleaned
The location of the hotel is amazing however during our stay we have some major issues. There were plenty of bedbugs in the room which I managed to kill 5 of them but still have spots on my skin from the bugs. WIFI inside my room did not work. They had WIFI in the outdoor area so I have to go out to use the WIFI so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was really really basic. In the first morning, there were 2 slices of cake which my wife and I managed to grab but that left the next couple literally with nothing and the hotel staff did not replace this for the next couple of morning either.

En pleine campagne, il faut être en voiture pour profiter pleinement. La nature autour est magnifique avec des cultures, des chemins de campagne et des couleurs magnifiques. Un parc naturel est à proximité. Le petit dej est très correct. Pour la piscine, il faudra se positionner tôt pour avoir une place. Elle est ouverte aussi pour les non locataires et ça fait du monde quand il fait chaud. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La salle de bain très bien avec une bonne pression. Ilaria est charmante et d une gentillesse remarquante. Bref, si vous êtes véhiculés, c est une bonne base pour se déplacer dans la région et visiter Pise et les environs

Struttura immersa nel silenzio della campagna
Le foto della struttura, immersa nel verde della campagna e con la piscina corrispondono a realtà e la gentilezza della concierge è veramente ammirabile. Peccato che la proprietà della struttura non usi l'astuzia di aprire la piscina ai suoi clienti, così da consentirne l'utilizzo! Del pari, peccato che la camera - anche con mobili di pregio, condizionatori e travi a vista - non fosse stata pulita dalle ragnatele. Lo so che forse son piccole cose, ma stonano in una struttura che ben si presterebbe ad essere maggiormente valorizzata. Potenzialità ve ne sono e molte, ma eccezion fatta per la tranquillità ed il silenzio o la gentilezza della concierge, non riuscirei attualmente a trovare dei tratti salienti che dovrebbero portare il cliente a preferirla ad altre strutture. Insomma, non è solo una questione economica quando si sceglie una struttura, ma anche una emozione che si vorrebbe vivere!

Fantastici 3 giorni di relax
Fantastici 3 giorni di relax. Servizio al tavolo ottimo, camera pulita, cibo genuino e buonissimo. Piscina molto bella e grande per adulti e bambini. La camera era pulita e grande quanto un appartamento, con pulizia giornaliera come in albergo. La zona è vicina a Lucca, zoo di Pistoia e terme.

Das Hotel mit samt seinem Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Die Zimmer sind traditionell gehalten und sehr sauber! Leider die Matratzen etwas zu hart! Das Essen war lecker, leider das Frühstücksbuffet etwas mager. Der Pool direkt beim Hotel verstärkt die sympathie des Hotels und für die Kinder eine gelungene Abwechslung. Der Poll wird durch einen Bademeister strengstens überwacht was ich äusserst positiv empfinde.
