The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby competitors.
