As always an amazing and wonderful stay in a place I called my second home , every visit to Lima Peru. The staff from all areas are cordial and attentive the guests have a good impression from the start to the end of their visit. Short or long stay o guarantee you , you will enjoy it !!! The hotel was ok without anything special. The room is large but could be updated and the bed was too soft. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. However, the hotel description mentions airport transfers but all you get is an automated message with a recommendation for a third party service that is twice as expensive as uber. When I asked about organizing an airport pickup, I received a reply after we had already checked out the following day... Overall, it's a very nice 3* hotel but not worth 4*
