Some electrical plugs in the room are out of order but overrall, stay was good. Place is secured and there is no noise. DSTV Channel 403 is not connecting.

The house is kept clean, but has barebones furniture and looks like it hasn't received any new investment for 20 years. I came back a little after midnight and was locked out of the home. After ringing the bell and calling for anyone to open up, nobody answered and I was forced to spend the night at a different hotel at great personal cost. Totally unacceptable! When I asked the hotel what had happened, they simply apologised and said "we don't know what happened". They staff are friendly but I unfortunately can't recommend this place.

A worse experience
It was not welcoming as it is shown on the Internet, even being welcomed at a reception it was worse. No insuite, it was like I was in my child's bedroom. Breakfast was not served and claimed that it was excluded of which it was not explained to me when I was booking. Nobody bothered to make us feel at home although there was high quality security. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I won't book the place again unless I am stranded.

keep guests happy.
Honestly, I must mention that people are very quiet and scarcely around. Receptionist always driving in and out, not dressed appropriately as expected. Gentleman was dressed as expected, house workers were friendly and always around. Some just never understood English, but yeah better than staying home. I must just mention that all the steiner hygiene equipments were all empty and don't know when last they were serviced. Please guys just have a look at all your hygiene equipments and try to get the insect ones for the dinning area as there are to many flies during breakfast time. Wish you all the best and for your hard work trying to keep your guests happy. Good luck.

A home away from home
