Beautiful colonial style hotel set in tropical parkland. Excellent cocktail bar and superb pool. Well appointed gym. Arrived very early morning and the charming night manager made sure we were in our room very quickly.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Will absolutely stay again. Spa services were good for my partner. We had one issue at check in with one staff member due to a credit card issue but that person was not representative of the overall staff. Very friendly staff and got to know you during stay to provide great service

nice place but they don't respect partnership. I had to ask for an upgrade after my check in - I was already in my room, and after a while , they said there was no available room for upgrade. no discount of 20 por cent in my dinner. I stayed in this hotel for only one night.

Nice place, but staff are ok. Stayed for a night and woke up to a letter asking to come to the front desk as the pre-authorization value was under what I had spent, even though was checking out that day. Extremely inappropriate considering I had already paid for the hotel and left a pre-authorized value on my card. Seems like they have people that don’t end up paying for what was consumed at the hotel. And had extra charges to my room that weren’t mine. Close to US$200 that I had to ask them to remove from my room. Wouldn’t expect this from a 5-star hotel. Not returning.

Estadia incrivel. Hotel lindo, quarto maravilhoso. Resalvo apenas dois ponto fracos: 1. falha na comunicação entre os setores do hotel. Fiz um upgrade na recepçao onde foi incluido o cafe da manha na diaria e a todo o momento fui cobrado no restaurante do hotel, mesmo ja tendo informado que havia feito um upgrade com a inclusao do café na diaria. Ao chegar, informei que tinha vindo comemorar meu aniversario no hotel, mas nao sei por qual razao registraram q seria aniversario do meu marido, que ganhava parabens em todos os lugares que iamos. 2. politica de amenidades do hotel. Mesmo ciente previamente da comemoraçao, o hotel ofereceu apenas 4 chocolates com um cartao posto no quarto (parabenizando meu marido ( e não eu). Da mesma forma que nada me foi oferecido quando fui jantar na data do meu aniversario no restaurante estrelado do hotel. Esperava um pouco mais de delicadeza do hotel, nesta parte.
