For a one night stay and the price it was OK. I had to turn off the gas under cook top as it was leaking!!!! Shower recess was so tiny. Other than that to room was OK. Service was alright, but had to wait to check-in.

Warm welcome on arrival. Property was old but clean. Very close to the beach, great for an afternoon walk. The full coconut trees made me a bit nervous though…look up before you park your car.

Friendly, helpful management and we appreciated the upgrade to upstairs apartment with ocean views from the shared balcony. Walking track and trees close and fabulous. Facilities a little tired and thin walls didn’t keep out much noise from surrounding units. Still, a good stay.

Maryanne was very accommodating of our late arrival. She was also helpful in securing us another night. She assisted me with my laundry request and gave helpful local food advice. The unit was spacious & clean. All appliances worked. Having our unit literally steps from the local beach was amazing! Couldn't resist dragging our chairs onto the beach for a cheeky dinner. Would stay again.

Fantastic location and brand new aircon but unfortunately that was it. Place need a major reno. Floor was so dirty have to have shoes on at all time, got a musky smell in the room, toilet seat is broken or not fitted properly. However, staff is really nice and helpful for late check in.

Horrible
As soon as I walked into our unit I nearly gagged on the smell of musky mold. The room was nothing like it was advertised as. I got my refund immediately and left. Asked if they had any thing else - maybe better, but was told no. There were no other guests booked in. The place was empty. Forget it.

Nice quiet location right on the beach. A park next door for kids to kick a footy etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Top balcony is shared with your neighbour. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beach location perfection
The owners so friendly and helpful.Nothing to much trouble.Metres from the beach and 2km from a cafe and Horseshoe bay.1 bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet overlooking garden.Water pressure in shower low .My only suggestion a toaster be a handy addition but other than that would stay again no hesitation
