It’s in a great location right opposite the beach. There are many great dining spaces. The transport is good and the hotel staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Overall had a great stay and will be returning again.

Never again. No Hot water!!!!! Stayed 5 nights, what a mistake, unclean shower area, noisy street noises included with a sea view, and no hot water for the whole time!!! No effort to compensate. This property is right across from the beach, it's quieter than central Nice, but it's only a couple miles away. After visiting Nice Ville, I'm extra glad we chose this apot. Nice view, lots of places to eat nearby, easy to get to every place you want to go. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

I want to start with the room, it is very small in general. I don't even understand why for families. The renovation and furniture in the room are old, so old that the lock in the toilet can trap you inside. As for breakfast for 70 euros, a very small selection of products, and it was not very tasty. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with small children.

The apartment we stayed in looked like it had been recently renovated. The AC worked well. We only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable. The reception staff was great. Very close to the airport but better than staying right at the airport. Areas for improvement included: No soap or shampoo in the room. All dispensers were empty. No hot water in the shower. So cold shower without soap:( Shower bottom area was gross. No elevator in the building we stayed in. Breakfast was sad. Not worth the money. This could be a good hotel if they put more effort into the breakfast and housekeeping service.
