Just visiting for work. The hotel was great, very central for what we needed. Great food options within walking distance. It was a shame the breakfast bar wasn’t open but that was due to COVID restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would certainly go back
Excellent location, beautiful surroundings with the outdoor garden and ponds. Great indoor pool. Just the bed was too hard for me, otherwise it is a fantastic place to stay. We would stay again.
The help we received from reception was very good.
Very clean. Great fully stocked kitchenette. Quiet. Great location to pub and brewery. Although we didn’t use the pool it looked very inviting. Schedule your time in pool at front desk during this COVID time.
We stayed for one night prior to catching the ferry home. I wish all our hotels were like this One! Clean, beautiful gardens, and a pool area which we did not use. Highly recommend this place.
Friendly staff, cleanliness throughout all its areas, Covid safety measures 💯 , and the room were excellent. But most of all the bed, so comfortable! It’s hard to find a comfy bed 😊. I went with my family and with no doubt we will go again!
Nice rooms! It takes care of the small details. Provide nice lotions!
Everything is excellent except they have a very weak wifi, luckily I have my own data. Definitely will go back next time.
Quiet place and value added by having the pool and sauna on site. The grout between tiles in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the bathroom sink is a bit clogged. The blanket on the queen bed is warm enough, may doesn't feel enough breathable for some. The front-desk person is very friendly and helpful. In average I recommend, you will have a good stay.
The room was nice and clean. The room had a small fridge and a microwave but no plates, cutlery, or toaster, which would have been nice. The floors are wood laminate and both nights I was there I was awoken and kept awake by thunderously loud shoefall in the room above mine. Not the occupant’s fault - the floors were so thin.
