Nice stay during our four-night visit to DF
Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here while touring Brasilia. Paulo at the front desk is an asset to the hotel-competent and helpful. He was able to call a few places and answer questions we had about visiting the monuments. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bed and linens. Very quiet! Carpet and sitting area furniture could be cleaned or replaced, but otherwise it was a nice stay. Pool area was undergoing some repairs so the pool was closed when we were there. Convenient location near shopping malls. Brasilia isn’t made for pedestrians, Uber is affordable and dependable. Breakfast was good with nice selection of Brazilian foods, fresh fruits and pastries.

OLD. Rooms are disgusting. Arrive 2 am and was charge for a late check in. Not saying that was a ruge line for that. Wait 45 minutes to check in. Got a room that had no lockers. Had to change rooms at 3:30am. It was giving us a duplex room with 2 bed and 2-1/2 baths.... disgusting... walls had mold everywhere. No water on this room. We had to change rooms again. Breakfast was awful !!! Does not taste good. Location is danger. A lot of prostitute there. The hotel had 4 armed men outside and inside the hotel.. Not a good experience there. Besides the employees, stay away for this place.

Acceptable, no issues, no luxury, good space
Friendly and accommodating staff, especially at Front Desk. Spacious and clean room. A/C not working in the living room area of the suite. No bar/restaurant in the evening in or around the hotel. The surrounding area of the hotel is deserted after sunset. Corner rooms facing the avenues are noisy as homeless tend to come late evening to push and pull (and jump into) the big metal commercial garbage bins and make noise. Avoid those rooms. Swimming pool area is clean, but very basic. Insufficient lighting after dark, which makes evening swim unpleasing. Breakfast food selection is limited and poor. Acceptable value for money. Don't expect luxury! I didn't experience any issues, but nothing exceptional. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Great Suite Hotel: Kitchen, Livingroom & Bedroom!
I cook and like making coffee and tea in the morning before I have breakfast. Very nice Kitchen with 2 burner stove top. I ask for a Microwave oven and it was deliver to my room at no cost! Very good service. Also a LARGE private balcony to enjoy the warm summer nights. I loved the hotel and location. You can walk to ALL the Museums and Government Buildings.

2 STAR HOTEL AT BEST
Disclaimer: I have never written a review on any hotel, ever. This hotel was so disappointing and disgusting that I am writing this with the sole purpose to warn those who are planning on staying here. The other reviews are definitely inaccurate, and I might even dare to say they have been manipulated by the hotel. Lobby: This hotel is advertised as a five star hotel and it is definitely false advertising. Immediately walking in through the door you notice the hotel is in some serious need of renovating, there was a stench throughout the lobby and the receptionist did not speak English or any other language other than Portuguese (not a major problem but definitely unusual for a hotel reception). Hallway: Once we took the elevator to our room on the 15th floor the hallway had an even stronger stench than the lobby. It was dark and carpets were stained all throughout the hallway. Overall, the hallways were extremely unappealing and a bit concerning because it was so dark. (Just a preview of what was coming in the room) Rooms: The room was spacious and I will say the beds were confortable ( although I noticed linens were torn) Other than that everything else was horrible. Below I will outline major issues with the suite : 1. Stained, dirty carpets. 2. Dirty Walls 3. Dirty Curtains 4. Outdated, dirty fridge. 5. BATHROOMS - GROSS ! Toliet seat is yellow. 6. Balcony was yellow and moldy.

First time
Found it difficult to operate room air conditioner and TV because I could find no instructions in and especially since I do not speak Portuguese I was hoping for one English channel in a hotel that was supposed to be an upscale hotel. Rough around the edges and noticed uncleaned foodstuff on walls and bathroom needed better cleaning. Overall a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Wonderful staff
This is a good hotel, well located for visiting the sites of Brasilia. The suites are roomy and well appointed. One tiny criticism would be that the kitchen area had no cooking equipment, crockery or cutlery, not even a kettle and some tea/coffee - so seemed a little redundant. However, room service was great. I would, however, like to make a special mention of the staff at the hotel who bent over backwards to make our stay really good - including organising a special short tour of the main sites as we were short on time, visiting the room to help sort out the wifi and bring additional water. They couldn't have been more helpful if they tried.

Brasilia
Large hotel downtown near a shopping mall & a short walk to exec airport bus (BRL 8).Guests @ check in get complimentary water/cafe(I didn't).This is an all suite hotel with a pool ,parking & free wifi.Rooms are large with bedroom & TV & separate lounge with desk/chair/TV/sofa & a kitchen/table/fridge.Bathrooms are small but quality bath/shower with bidet.Buffet breakfast is incl but poor selection(some hot items).Restaurant is only open for b/fast & lunch-food quality is suspect & had 2 issues with service -waiter forget half order/leave hot meal going cold in kitchen & then cheekily charging for service!.Apalling room service with again forget coffee/cold meal, subsequent argument with front desk as door locked & key card not working(4 attempts).lazy attitude in restaurant staff lets down hotel reputation. Some front desk staff & concierge/doorman are helpful.Spoke to GM re problems, apologised & expressed concern.Got a late check out.No bar,no shop, business Ctr closed & electric wiring exposed in public toilet-Hotel has serious service problems

Comfortable and spacy.
People at front desk were friendly and helpful. The pool looks terribly old and the water was freezing. The room needs some update, like the carpet, but it was overall comfortable and pleasant. Food at the hotel restaurant was good and the price was reasonable.

Fine Hotel with a Disappointing Pool
The hotel room was pleasant enough (typical all-tile room where I would prefer a more luxe carpeted floor), with excellent service from the staff and a breakfast in the morning which was comme ci comme ça. However, the "heated pool" with "three hot tubs" was one of the primary reasons my family stayed there and was not as advertised. The water was cold and the supposed hot tubs were simply inlets from the pool which made for cold tubs with no bubbles.
