The service was fantastic, the rooms are beautiful and they thought of everything, right down to soft blankets to snuggle with in the hammocks. We loved the walking paths, the hot springs, the breakfast was fantastic, we loved our stay and would love to come back!

Beautiful resort. Pool was nice and hot springs are lovely. Really enjoyed the opportunity to explore paths on the property and see flora and fauna (we saw a sloth on the first day, toucans, parakeets, and much more). We stayed in the treehouse and it was a wonderful treat. Would stay again here.

This was really, really a fun place for us! We stayed in the deluxe Treehouse #1. The treehouse and the grounds were just wonderful. The staff was super friendly, the treehouse was clean and SO COOL with all the glass windows. The meals were excellent. We loved the pool and hot spring tubs. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was excellent along with the service. There is a pond next to the restaurant where you can see the fish, ducks and wildlife. The owner visited with us and was very friendly. It is a family affair each son works in a different area. The breakfast was included and was very nice. The gardens are beautiful as well as the vegetable garden they have on site. We would recommend this hotel.

A Natural Paradise
A beautiful property with a pool and hot springs in a natural location. The bird life is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the included breakfast. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Heliconias recently. Me and my two best friends came to celebrate my 50th birthday and we can't say enough good things about this hotel, the staff and the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by Diego and Alejandro. Check in was seamless, the rooms were clean and well equipped, the breakfast was scrumptious and believe me when I say this was the best breakfast of our entire week in Costa Rica. The service was impeccable. Alejandro took care of booking all of our excursions and made sure we felt at home. The owner Omar made the effort to welcome us to the hotel and provided fresh coconut water for us at the pool. Diego went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. This hotel is different. It is quiet, peaceful, surrounded by natural beauty and you feel at home. I would definitely come back here next time I am in Costa Rica. Thank you for making our stay very memorable and special.
