I wouldn’t stay on this property again. They gave me a room on the third floor, no elevator and no one to help us with my luggages. It was located on a very downhill street, we were afraid to slide down hill. The bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast didn’t impress me .

Horrible experience
This so-called hotel shouldn't be considered one AND It shouldn't be in Hotels.com. It's more like a hostel, but they charge like a 5-star hotel. It's very dirty, the bed sheets smelled, the overall appereance is old and runned-down. There's no trash can in the room and very little ventilation. Either you open the balcony window/door and get bitten by mosquitoes or you boiled inside with an awful smell. Breakfast was bad as well, the coffee was terrible.

Bom custo benefício, perto do centro.
A pousada é simples, mas em boas condições. Não tem ar condicionado na categoria mais econômica, mas o ventilador era bom. Não possui elevador e o recepcionista não ajudou com as malas, mesmo com mulheres carregando. Isso achei bem ruim. A propriedade é de difícil acesso, mas bem localizada, bem próxima ao centro e vizinho a um restaurante muito bom que funciona o dia todo.

Pousada com bom preço próxima à Praça Tiradentes
A pousada foi uma boa escolha pela localização. É bem simples, mas confortável dentro das possibilidades. O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, o chuveiro tem uma otima pressão. A cama foi muito desconfortável para nós, mas talvez isso seja algo pessoal. O cafe da manhã tem bastante opções que se repetem todos os dias, alterando apenas o sabor do bolo (e às vezes tem o resto do bolo do dia anterior. Um dia peguei uma fatia de broa do dia anterior e estava igual borracha rs e sem sabor algum). Desciamos às 09:30h pra comer e todos os itens quentes estavam gelados ja, porque o que deveria manter aquecido, nao mantem. Alem disso, os itens ficam expostos e as moscas ficam pousando. Mas são detalhes. A pousada esta localizada numa ladeira MUITO íngrime. Não é uma boa opção pra quem tem mobilidade reduzida e se voce tiver de carro, o acesso à garagem é bem difícil. Uma dica que li aqui e funcionou bem para nós foi: ao chegar em OP, coloque o endereço da Praça Tiradentes e chegando lá, coloque o endereco da pousada. Assim o gps vai te levar pela rua de cima e será um pouco mais fácil entrar na garagem. Eu acho que foi uma escolha acertada pela localização e preço, fizemos bastante coisa a pé.

O hotel preserva a cultura da história da cidade. Estrutura histórica mantida. O serviço de quarto deixa a desejar. Meu quarto estava muito empoeirado, tenho renite alérgica , então tive que usar antialérgico durante toda a estadia, durante meus 4 dias de estadia, não foram trocadas as roupas de cama. As toalhas eram sempre tocadas.
