The room was spacious and clean. In-the-room bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. I think what ruined my overall experience at this place where mainly two issues:
1- Terrible WIFI connection. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi during our stay. When, I complained about that they explained that sometimes the internet disconnects and there's a button on the router that we have to press to reset the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, they forgot to explain this when we checked-in and we suffered the consequences. If this happens frequently, they should print a note explaining the procedure to reset the Wi-Fi and post this note on every room. Or even a better idea...they should invest in better hardware to eliminate this problem from the root!
2- Their credit card system rejected 5 of our credit cards! When we checked-in, they asked me if I new the "security code" of my credit card because sometimes they have problems when they want to charge the stay to a credit card. So, at the time of check-out, they enter all the credit card info into their system on their phone and it was rejected. It didn't even ask for security code or anything. We try a second time, same thing! Then, I decide to try a different credit card, this time their phone system requested the last four digits of my social security number and my zip code, so I enter all that and a few seconds later, this card is also rejected! Long story short...we tried 5 credit cards in total (my sister's, my dad's and mine) all rejected!
