Only good for a Budget Stay.
Pros - good location,
Cons - Nightclubs on ground floor and next door.. only made awarw of this at check in when offered ear plugs LOL!
Noisy air con, dated bathroom, tight shower space, small 'queen sized' bed, odour in lobby.

Good location
Located centrally in Melbourne. Studio room was fine and i didn’t feel cramped. No issues with the bathroom although i would have liked brighter lighting for putting on make up.
There was a full length mirror and Room for luggage.
And yes, there is a nightclub next door. i was on the top floor and could still hear the noise on the Saturday night. however i was warned about it before so it was no surprise. i use a white noise app so slept with no issues but i could see how it could be a problem for others. i would have no hesitation staying here again. There is also a bottle shop and 7/11 downstairs so that makes it very handy.

It wasn't until we checked in that we were told there was a nightclub next door. Noise started around midnight and stopped around 5am.
Otherwise property was clean and well presented.

Very relaxed atmosphere and totally adequate facilities and furnishings. The bed was actually comfortable - a rarity in hotels. The only thing i missed was a window that could open as i need fresh air at nights.

Being near the centre of the city was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The only problem was the entrance wasn’t very prominent.

This is my go to hotel when I visit Melbourne. You couldn’t get a much better location or value for money.
Hot water issues were sorted.
I don’t know the name of the young lady at the reception but she was the perfect front desk person.
As many have mentioned avoid Fri & Sat nights due to the nightclub downstairs.

What they don't advertise is their Nightclub being outdoors with NO sound mitigation, so one whole side of the building is uninhabitable on a Friday and Saturday night!! They do provide $1 earplugs which don't do a thing, and it's not a noise you can sleep through. We'd had enough by 8pm and had to pack up and check in to another hotel as had headaches and couldn't settle. Ok location for mid-week stays, but would NOT stay on a weekend. The fact they also still charge FULL RATE for those rooms on the nightclub side is criminal!

Firstly we werent aware it was on top of a night club and to be told it would be super loud wasn’t great. Having to walk up stairs from car park to hotel with belongings, for someone with a disability was really hard and just crazy. Then we asked for an extra topper for the mattress for chronic pain. A extra mattress was put on top of the bed that wasn’t the same size and was super high not easy to get on again for someone with pain, and it was super hard. So we left didn’t stay paid for a room we stayed for in about 3 hours. I wouldn’t recommend it. More so ppl with disabilities

Nice room. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy and well located, mostly. However if you stay on a Saturday night you need to have an even numbered room. The odd numbers are next to a VERY LOUD nightclub. If you ask to be moved you will be asked to upgrade or offered earplugs. Sadly even with earplugs you won’t be sleeping before 4am. I can sleep through most things but not on this occasion. It’s a shame.

A mostly pleasant stay.
Convenient location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I did find getting told about the next door night club at check in interesting as if it was an issue, i couldnt cancel without being charged. They offered some earbuds.
I was out till late so it wasn't an issue for me, but may be for some.
My biggest annoyance was housekeeping knocking on my door before check out time and again half an hour later. I had organised a late check out too, so technically they were knocking well over an hour before my check out time.
The corridors were a mess in the morning.
But room was basic, but comfortable and clean.

So noisy. There is a night club on the 2nd floor that is extremely loud until 5 in the morning. We were told it could be noisy after checkin but we’re unable to cancel our booking. Our room was on the 7th floor and we could still hear everything. Very disappointed. The room was tired and stained. The bathroom is tiny.
