This is the only hotel/resort that is outside of Lipa City proper. It is like staying in a Park. Very quiet environment. Great staff. Very nice rooms. Wifi is a bit slow.

The room and bathroom were nice but I had a hard time sleeping because of the nasty,moldy,stagnant circulating air smell from the exhaust, even cracking the door a little bit didn’t help. There was supposedly a strict dress code at the restaurant but I didn’t believe it was strongly enforced. The quiet dinner we were having was abruptly interrupted by the loud volume of the TV after it was turned on by the staff. I think this hotel is overrated

It is the best place to stay in Lipa City, Batangas. It is very beautiful place with lovely view of Mt Malarayat and the lovely grounds landscape and open golf course is so relaxing and quiet. The food is excellent at the little restaurant. The staff are all very kind. All the staff including security are so kind and friendly. The Spa is great. Their staff massage therapist, Marylyn, is excellent. It is so relaxing after traveling.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only flaws are that we were charged for Php150 for extra towel request. Considering that I registered for 2 adults and 2 kids. Additional charge for playing in the basketball court and need to rent a ball.
