Betsy at the front counter at check in was wonderful and so very helpful. We travel with our dog and always stay here when in town because of the pet policy, it's the best!

Really Pretty Hotel, it is right next to the Museum of Old Town....staff excellent & professional the front desk on duty was polite and even gave me early check -in. Did not disturb me at all not even at 11am i was a little late left at 11:20am the housekeeping runs a tight shift very clean white sheets and towels.
