The beds were super comfortable and after three long days at Disney, we were very comfortable! The toilet handle was a little wonky, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a great stay, a little sad there wasn’t breakfast, but you can go right next-door to Jack-in-the-Box

The day was OK. The only issue we had with the room was that the AC did not work we’ve stayed there prior with no issues. This is the first time we’ve ever had to stay in a room that had no AC.

Decent price for the stay!

My stay was uninterrupted which was nice. I prefer to clean my own space and didn’t need room service. No fridge or microwave so it made eating on a budget harder but we managed as we travel for work and don’t like to eat fast food daily. My pets were welcomed. Lots of dog feces everywhere and they provide disposable bags for clean up but patrons don’t clean up which is sad. For the price it was worth it. The rooms are clean and the bedding is nice. The staff were friendly too!

I was in room 301 and the a/c did not work the towels was leaving lint and cotton on my kids after they dried off and we ask for a late check out and they only offer 15 mins and check out is 11:00am
