Bad reception service, no room service, awful treatment at the front desk girls, they wanted to charged me more than the stablished rate by expedia, only 3-hour included breakfast just with fruit, bread, cereal and coffee... if you want anything else you have to pay for it. The only thing that saves this hotel is the mall close to it.

Mexico City for the weekend

Hotel was comfortable, tv small. Breakfast that is included is just cheese, ham cereal and fruit. If you want chilaquilesbor eggas, you pay for that seperare. They were not good chilaquiles. They were a big plate and you can share with 2 people. Parking there was horrible. Its in the basement and they stamp your ticket then u have to go to security office by walmart so that they can let you. So inconvenient.

Personal de recepción muy mal capacitado

En esta ocasión la estancia fue totalmente desagradable, desde el check-in, las dos señoritas que estaban en recepción parecía que estaban dormidas, atendieron de mal modo, y en ningún momento me solicitaron las identificaciones para comprobar la reserva por seguridad, tampoco quiso hacerme el cobro de estacionamiento en ese momento. Al llegar a la habitación nunca pude conectarme a la red wifi, hablé a recepción en la noche y nunca me contestaron. A la mañana siguiente volví a intentar y el joven que estaba en recepción no pudo resolverme el problema de conexión. Cuando bajamos y quise hacer el pago de estacionamiento, el mismo joven me dijo que por qué no lo había pagado desde mi ingreso, a lo que le respondí que sus compañeras me habían dicho que eso lo tenía que hacer hasta esa mañana. Tomó tanto el comprobante del vallet parking como el boleto de estacionamiento, tardando cerca de 20 min para hacer dicho cobro por una supuesta falla en la impresora, solicitó el apoyo de otra compañera y en un instante pudo realizar el proceso.
