BEST STAY IN ITALY
One of the best hotels I've stayed while in Europe! The room was comfortable for a solo passenger. The bed was a single bed, with a desk and TV. The air conditioning unit worked well and kept me cool all night. The shower was a little tight but doable. The water pressure was tremendous and the water was warm. When you receive your key, one will be for the door entry and a smaller key to activate the room lights/electricity. When you leave you must provide the key to the front desk. Housekeeping always left the window unlocked when they finished their service. Nothing was stolen or damaged, but I never left anything valuable. Hotel was within walking distance to Trevi (15-20 minutes) and even Vatican City (45-60 mins). There are a lot of lime scooters or bikes that allow you to cut the travel time significantly. The staff was excellent! If you're hesitant about booking this place don't be! All of the gentlemen I interacted with were professional and helpful!

Hotel was tidy but customer service was disappointing- not even a hello from front desk, no details provided about the breakfast times or amenities, airport shuttle was 15 minutes late. We don’t complain and make an effort to be friendly but this service was below par for the price!

Outdated but really quite nice. Very spacious rooms for Europe. Great location. They’d benefit from abandoning the old school “leave the key at reception” thing. Breakfast was not worth paying for if you’re English or American, but fine if you want continental.
