You might consider it if you're just looking for a place to sleep while travelling/transiting the area. However, if you're on vacation and hoping for peaceful and relaxing surroundings, don't bother. There is no staff available, and the check-in process, as well as locking/unlocking the room door, is all automated. There is no human interaction. Trying to contact them by phone is nearly impossible. They respond to emails, but their customer service attitude is relatively poor.

People contacted with what’sapp they have always responded, very politely. We left the sign out of the door to clean the room but unfortunately has not been cleaned, this is difficult to accept for one hotel which hasn’t personnel

We came with a baby and pre-ordred a baby bed. When we came we found out we got a broken bed. We tried for over an hour to reach someone, and then they told us (It was already about 21:00, really late for a baby) they will send someone to fix it in about half an hour. After an hour I contacted again asking what's with him, and got an answer that no one will come. Could no one notify me?! Afterwards I had to fight to get some refund, in the end I only got back the money for the bed and some credit points, really not matching the night I had, with a baby having to sleep with me in a normal bed because his bed is broken

War nur für die Durchreise gedacht. Leider hält sich der ein oder andere nicht an das Rauchverbot. In unserem Zimmer wurde definitiv durch den Vorgänger im Badezimmer geraucht. Ansonsten alles unkompliziert.

Perfekt stop-over ifm vores skiferie i Østrig. Prisen er god. Placeringen perfekt lige ved motorvejen mod Østrig (Wagrain). Vi ankom sent aften og tastede os nemt ind med tilsendt kode. Lige ved siden af hotellet ligger en super god morgenmadscafe/bager.
