Experiência ruim! O hotel precisa de manutenção urgente. Elevadores em condições precárias, fazendo barulhos estranhos e balançando. O café da manhã é péssimo, pouquíssimas opções de comida, e todos os dias faltaram diversos itens básicos, havendo grande demora no reabastecimento. Quarto com pouquíssimas tomadas. No quarto quádruplo não havia sequer uma tomada por hóspede, pois algumas das poucas tomadas que tem ainda não funcionam. Ar condicionado apresentou problemas em dois dias. Não houve troca das toalhas, mesmo sendo solicitado para camareira. Não tem interfone no quarto. Os cartões da porta do quarto apresentaram problemas constantemente. O não vale o valor que pagamos por diária, pois o preço estava altíssimo no período do carnaval, e as fotos não condizem com o atual estado do Hotel.

Para se ruim, precisa melhorar muito. PÉSSIMO.
Primeiro de tudo, não indico nem para o meu pior inimigo. Gastei 400,00 para uma diária, apenas dormir para descansar para pegar o voo no dia seguinte.. graças a Deus cheguei de noite, se tivesse que passar o dia lá, teria ido embora. O hotel é velho ao extremo, elevador travando e tudo muito antigo. Os quartos nem se falem, peguei um quarto no 9º andar, e ele estava impossível de ficar. tinha uma perna de barata no chão do banheiro, o chuveiro estava escorrendo água, tinha cabelos grudados na parede, areia de praia no chão do box, e tudo com MUITO mofo, o box era com marcas de sujeira, tudo MUITO sujo. O vaso sanitario nao sabia o que era uma agua sanitaria a tempos, estava escuro de sujeira. O quarto um terror, o colchão deve ter pelo menos uns 15 anos, vc deita e sente a mola toda, e um cheio forte de urina. Pedi para trocar o quarto, me mandaram para o 8º andar, quando abro a porta uma linda surpresa, uma barata andando no quarto.. ai ja queria desistir... acabei ficando no primeiro quarto. Já fiquei em diversos hotéis simples, só para dormir, mas esse era NOJENTO. Não iria ficar lá, nao tinha condições, porém era noite de carnaval e a cidade estava cheia, precisa de um lugar para passar a noite, e passei...uma noite de terror. Não se hospedem lá.

Havia baratas no banheiro. O estacionamento tinha cheiro de urina. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções. Pedi toalhas e cobertas, aguardei por 6h após o check in para receber as toalhas e a coberta precisei pegar na recepção. O estacionamento tem portão manual, precisava ir na recepção pedir para abrir, demorava.

Foi uma Estadia de 3 diárias. Gostei do Hotel porém, o Colchão de Casal do apto.205 é horrivel. Extremamente mole,forma um buraco na cama quando se deita. E o cafe da manha tbm precisa ser diversificado.

Frequento esse hotel desde que morava em outro Estado, sempre gostei da sua localização com tudo que oferece nos arredores, inclusive bem próximo a praia. Durante essas estadas algumas coisas mudaram, inclusive a administração, no entanto ele continua me atendendo satisfatoriamente, ainda mais agora que tenho 3 filhos e poucos hotéis estão preparados para uma família com essa configuração. Dirão que está um tanto "degradado", mas, que tal ver a relação custo benefício, para mim está excelente. Se quisesse curtir hotel, iria para um resort. Ah!!! lá só comporta até 2 crianças por quarto, enfim...
