We reserved a king bed and received a queen. The breakest was never there when we went to eat it on time. The coffee was cold . Some of the staff was very cold. I will never stay there again

Adequate pet friendly hotel. A little expensive for what you get though. Floors were dirty in the rooms (needed to clean myself since I had dogs with me) and the breakfast was pretty bad. 1/2 was inedible, but they did have Mickey waffles. Breakfast sandwhich, cereal, and waffles are the only real options so if you have any dietary needs, and also want breakfast included pick another place.

Excellent value for money.
Thos was our second stay here in as many years. Location is very good for both retail areas and attractions. Staff were excellent, we endured hurricane Milton during our stay and the hotel.staff provided excellent communication throughout and also.provide complimentary water and snacks. The breakfast was also very good and provided everything for the day ahead. Room 415 did have so.e signs of heavy use, such as the shower which could have done with a deep clean , and part of the laminate floor had begun to seperate. The in room facilities are ideal with a fridge/ freezer, sink, mi rowave, dish washer and all the plates and cutlery required. That said neither of these issues had a nagative impact, considering the weather and the understandable reduced staffing levels. Over all I would recommend this hotel.

Not the best, but decent.
We had to switch rooms. First room floor was sticky and muggy. I went over the floor with napkins and warm water and the napkins were pretty black. The second room was better but the bathroom handle came off and toilet didn't flush. When I called the front, the man said to just go down to use the lobby bathroom. I was on the 4th floor with little kids. That wasn't going to work. It wasn't fixed until the next day. Overall the staff was nice, breakfast was good but the hotel needs to be better cleaned and maintained.

Ok
Stayee there two weekends in a row but not sure if ill be back for a 3rd. First visit was great. Second visit room was more expensive, yet way smaller. Room had a musty smell and tv wasnt connected to internet so we couldnt stream. Sid they would send someone up. Waited about 45 mins and told them to forget it bc our handicapped child was already asleep. The location is very good . Close to the theme parks and right across from the outlets. Parking and breakfast were included, which is nice.

VERY DIRTY
We stayed for two nights. The hotel was very dirty. Hallway carpets hadn't been vacuumed. The floor in our room was so sticky, it pulled my sandals off. I ended up cleaning our floor myself, which turned the cleaning pads black with dirt! Our room smelled awful which we tried to correct with our own air freshener. As for the customer service, we were rudely told that we weren’t allowed to check in a minute before 4pm but were asked the following morning (while trying to shower) to allow them in to clean the air conditioning unit, which was apparently being done for all rooms. On the morning of checkout the hallways were lined with people on each floor, all waiting to use 1 elevator. The second elevator was being used as a service elevator for staff. Side note, we were fairly certain there was a sweet homeless woman living in the lobby. She was there both days throughout our stay, sleeping on the furniture with trash bags around her but honestly that was the very least of our concern. I booked this room based on reviews stating is was “clean”. Do not book here if cleanliness is at all important to you. It was GROSS!

Excellent Stay!
Great Hotel! Clean rooms, super spacious, excellent conditions. Breakfast with a lot of different choices. It was a short stay in a Mother-Daughter trip and we had an awesome stay. Close to parks, outlets, restaurants and Disney Spings. First time in and definitely will come back.
