Really enjoy and appreciate this place , The place is beautiful and clean near by otaru canal and also near by otaru denukikoji which has a lot of restaurant there and nearby family mart (convenience store) staff has a perfect service mind can communicate in english have onsen and parking lot for those who rent a car behind the builing near by hotel entrance no need to walk that far. Nice large room and good amount of space as we were recommended this hotel by friends. Fixtures are dated but functional. Great view of the canal from our room! My only complaint is the layout of the bathroom with the toilet in front of the doorway I tripped and fell on the hard tile floor. Consider reversing the door swing so that the toilet is not immediately in front of the opening.
