Fantastic.

Stay sports dachstein West Hotel
Our stay was horrible. The staff was rude upon arrival and had no idea about any activities we could do in the area. We had to figure out all ourselves. The worse was the dinner - we arrived in the evening after 600km km drive and had dinner for two. Food was unacceptable, tasteless, overcooked meat and cold. We eat only a bit as we were hungry and had both diarrhea right after which was persisting till next day. We had to drive another 700km and need to go to pharmacy to buy some pills to stop diarrhea. We complained to the hotel staffs and they were very rude and told us to contact you to get the refund as we paid to expedia/hotels.com. It was the worst ever experience I had while staying in the hotel booked with hotels.com. I’m looking forward for the compensation and return of our money back.
