Beautiful hotel where u can spend lots of time in. Has large pools & baths, both indoor & out, saunas, relaxation room with shelves of manga, pingpong tables, game centers, two cake stores, boutique, omiyage (gift) store, restaurants, toddler play area with book corner, and gym & massage (for fee). Lots of helpful staff, some speak English and Chinese. We were family of 6 adults and stayed in Japanese style room, it was very spacious, could fit 10 if u squeeze. Big shower&tub bathroom, 2 sinks, washlet toilet. Ladies came to lay out futon for us around 6-7pm. It’s a big hotel, so accomodates lots of people. Saw about 200 high school students arrive, as well as other travelers. Cheap eats inside the pool/bath building, after u check in your footwear in the locker. All food charges to the locker key, u pay when u exit or checkout hotel. If u stay at hotel, u can get in free even if u don’t use pool/bath. They sell cheap bathing suits at the pool, from 700-800 yen. We forgot to get a cake for b-day so we got it at the hotel cake shop, they put words on it and gave us candles, front gave us matches. No bell boy/girl service. They have carts. Cannot walk around lobby in hotel yukata like some places. It’s a place where u want to spend a whole day there with ur family. Dad said he felt bad for the older lady employee who was cleaning the men’s bath because she was surrounded by naked men.
