The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a modern design. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s taxi service, which offered reasonable prices and made it convenient to access the nearby ferry terminal and restaurants. The service overall was good, and I enjoyed the excellent coffee at the breakfast buffet. However, I was disappointed to find ants appearing on the table while I was eating breakfast, which detracted from the experience.

The hotel is located just next to the resort and I love the lush green view 👍. I am amazed by the selections of the breakfast from sushi, burgers, fruit selections and cheeses! I was not expecting a great selections and this hotel really set a new standard!

Great spot for relaxation with an ideal location. The tranquil surroundings and the golf course perfectly matched my search criteria. Although I booked two rooms with a 3 pm check-in, one room wasn't available until 6:30 pm. Despite requesting an extension for the delayed room, the reception suggested checking availability the next day. Eventually, I only received an extension of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The air con didn’t seem to work for the common corridor, and they were using loud fans to ventilate it. There is also a big mosque near the area, which played prayer music loudly at 4am in the morning. It’s a majority Islam country so this can’t be helped, but it’s something to note for future visits if you are a light sleeper.

We have been taking leisure getaways to radisson since 2018. It has never been a disappointing experience. The only disappointing thing we find is the menu.We don't really find the menu very appetizing to be eating day after day. However the breakfast is fantastic. There was only 1 strange problem with the room, the aircon temperature could not be manually controlled. As a result the room got very warm in the middle of the night and resulted in restless broken sleep.

Great amenities, impeccable service.
Didn't know which hotel to book for my Batam trip, and Radisson popped up during my search. Saw pictures of it and decided to go with it. At the end of my trip, I did not regret even one bit. At the start of my stay, I was transported from the ferry terminal by Seno, who made the entire stay convenient and comfortable. He even went the extra mile to share with me where to go in Batam, and always lending a helping hand whenever I needed assistance. Moreover, the room was really clean and comfortable, everything seems really high class. The swimming pool was quiet, spacious and they even have cocktails to enjoy while you are basking in the sunlight or moonlight. There is also a children play area where kids can relax and unwind, giving parents an easier time. I also visited the spa and it was good and affordable. Masseuse was very friendly, and essential oils used was top grade. I will definitely stay at Radisson again when I am back to Batam.
