"Bed side lamp in room 102 not working. Reported this on our June visit!"
Savoy Blackpool Hotel
"Unfortunately there was no soap and the toilet was used but not flushed other than that it was 5 star's as usual"
Pine Lake Resort
"What a fabulous week me and my family have had. The lakeside accommodation was perfect for us. The lodge was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff were friendly throughout our stay and I really liked the opt in messaging option where they messaged to keep you informed of anything happening. The facilities on site were really good and we used them daily. Swimming baths, gym, sauna, steam room. The food in the restaurant was really nice and the atmosphere was nice. The watersports were a lot of fun. We did the flying disc and the paddleboarding."
Ruskin Hotel
"Really good stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Paid for some balloons in the room for my partners birthday and they added banners as well as a bottle of bubbly and a card within the extra money I paid which was a nice touch! Location is really good too and they do have entertainment in the evening (although we didn’t watch it ourselves). Loved that there was a proper cooling fan machine in the room as we stayed during the heat wave. You could also get ice to add to it. Only downside was that the cleaners store cupboard was outside our bedroom so we could hear them getting things opening the doors etc in the morning. There were also some noisy children running around the 2nd morning but that isn’t the hotels fault and we did stay during the 6 weeks."
The Midland
"Best hotel I've ever stayed in by some distance"
Doric Hotel
"Rooms are small. Beds are uncomfortable. Housekeeping leaves towels and bedsheets blocking the walkways. Staff went way overboard leaving stacks and stacks of towels at my door every day that I never requested."
Lakeside Hotel & Spa
"Excellent hotel for luxury stay. Staff through were outstanding. Reception super helpful Restaurant fantastic Spa pool friendly Gardener Kevin friendly and maintenance of gardens truly enhances the property and hotel experience. Thank you for a memorable stay."
