This is an inexpensive city centre hotel that delivers a bed for the night that is clean and secure. The staff are helpful and friendly. You find your own car park (we were lucky to get a place at the small carpark opposite the hotel). You find your own restaurant/cafe for food (we recommend Whale Tail veggie cafe just around the corner for breakfast). And that's it.

3 rd stay here this year, staff are always helpful & friendly. Rooms clean. No food available probably with it being right next door to weatherspoons/tesco extra which stay open late. It’s just only ten minutes walk from the station, there’s a car park opposite but expensive and not many spaces. Handy location to shops bars and restaurants.

The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Lancaster railway station. The entrance is on the ground floor and there is a left to reception on the first floor. There are no communal facilities or food options. My room overlooked the street which could be busy with traffic and lorries unloading. The hotel is next door to a Wetherspoon pub which is handy if you like their food and drink. My window was a little stiff to close but it made a big difference in noise reduction. Ear plugs provided in the room! The room was ok for a short stay but the double bed was two singles cobbled together. Everything worked in the bathroom and the shower was easy to operate. Members of staff l met were pleasant and helpful enough. My room was not serviced on one day for no apparent reason.
