Everything was special service staff hotel awsome really enjoyed the hospitality
Long check in due to room not ready. Sent to room twice 35 minutes apart but still not made up. They agreed to put me in another room and upgraded me to a better room and provided breakfast free. Desk had no useable plugs to charge CO Lugers/phones. It isn’t a business hotel but I would still expect at least one plug by the desk. Great location for a walk into town or on the front. ong wait to check out
This was my 5th trip to Agadir and I have stayed in a lot of hotels here , the royal atlas is one of the best i have stayed in . Fantastic location close to the beach & restaurants. Good night life around , the rooms were very spacious and very clean and modern and cleaner came around everyday . We got a room with a sea view and balcony . Breakfast is cheaper to eat outside . Staff very friendly specially the girl on the front desk called Miriam who went the extra mile to help. Overall would definitely recommend.
Our room eas not ready until 5:30 pm on the day of arrival (checkin time was 3pm!). The staff at the checkin desk were more interested in getting us to pay the city tax etc rather than apologising and making us comfortable! Eventually we got a room directly facing some consteuction work going on in the hotel. We couldnt open the curtains as the workers could see directly into our bed room! The work started early in the morning the next day, which neant we were wokenup to loud noises! We complained that this was unacceptable and then we had to wait till the mid day for a room change although in the new room the airconditioning did not work and this was never fixed although we complained multiple times! Overall it is an expensive hotel in a nice location, but with very poor service!
Excellent hotel 🏨
It was very nice place at the heart of town right on the beach clean nice staffs and friendly.
I like it mutch
The room nice & clean, the view was good and The hotel staff friendly
No irons, no customer service at all. Staff barely speak English. For a 5 star it lacks many things like toothpaste, shower gel etc. You need to call room service at least twice for every request and even then they give you different extensions to call. Told contradictory things by members of staff in regards to use of spa. Breakfast was lacking so much like a full English. Was told we could not bring any food and drink from outside, they said we had to spend at the hotel. I ve stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and this has to be worse. But pool area is nice.
We booked a three person room but the bed wasn’t made up, and one enough shampoo and shower gel for 2 And no conditioner but found everything else fine Loved the newly refurbished rooms but needed a mirror in the bedroom
