Good hotel with onsen in quiet neighbourhood. Has a few late night eateries in the area.
Only bad point is that there is only one subway, the Tozai line which can be crowded at certain timings

Very firm mattress in a great room
A really nice room in a great hotel. The mattress was VERY firm though and took a night to get used to, also had to ask for another pillow. Other than that it was a very lovely room in a well located hotel

Nice Hotel - Room for Couples
Quick overnight trip during travels. This hotel was very accommodating to hold our luggage while we were 2 hours early from check in time. 30 min walk to nearby mall was great time spent, enjoyed the open suburb neighborhood.
Hotel offers a lot of accommodations that we wished we had more time to use them. Will note that their bed is very firm and their pillows are very flat (not sure if there was an option to get different pillows without paying extra). Room was the most spacious from the other hotels I visited during my stay in Japan.

Miss charge
They miss charged and required me to pay the balance by wire-transfer and also required me to pay bank charge,too.
The didn’t accept credit card payment on the phone.
I understand I need to pay the balance but This is their fault and why customer have to pay the bank charge.
They too much enforce their rule.

대욕장 때문에 재방문 결정
대욕장이 가장 최고, 하루 피곤이 한번에 최상으로 됨, 첫번째 방문때는 객실 소음이 심해서 고민하다 가족으로 대욕장 이용 하나로 이곳으로 재방문 결정, 다 좋았지만,.. 단 한가지 대욕장 안이 너무 어두운 색톤의 인테리어가 혼자 늦은 시간에 이용시는 좀 무섭긴해서 내부를 좀 밝은 색으로 바꿔주면 좋을거 같다.
