Ehh.. it's ok at best
I stayed for a few days.. the owners are kind of rude and there is no breakfast. The pillows are flat and the overall room is very spacious but the condition of the room is 6/10 at best. Lots of suspicious late night parking lot movement

Don't stay here
When I got there to check in nobody came to the front for 10 min. When the gentleman finally came out he was brusk. On the window it says no breakfast. Dont expect coffee or tea anywhere as they do not provide any. You get two plastic cups in your room. The room stunk like somebody using far too much smelly spray to cover up what smelled like smoke. I never took off my socks as the carpet was stained all over. I slept on top of the bed on a blanket I brought. The bed was the worst I've ever experienced. I woke up with pain in my shoulder and back. There was dust on the bed frame and a hair in the shower. There was trash around thr property and cigarette butts on the grounds. The wifi is spotty at best. It's right next to a furniture shop so the sound of power tools wake you up early. It looks like the owners have gated off a few rooms and all they're personal belongings are out front. From old gym equipment to a large amount of grills, they have taken over 1/3 of the parking lot. Overall just awful. If it wasn't for the nonrefunable night I would have left!

It appeared to be under construction with lots of debris in the parking lot. Loved the little side room with a microwave and fridge. Large hole in wall where door handle had gone through the drywall. Overall we slept well and it was a good location for us with a convenient kitchenette.

Horrible and can't believe it is even offered
This is the worst hotel ever!! The room had filthy carpet, broken refrigerator, horrible water pressure in shower. It advertised bbq's which I thought would be fun with the grandbabies. Well they have none and there is a notice no outside visitors allowed on the premises. I can not believe this place is even listed on your site. The neighborhood is questionable at best. Will not be using your site to book ever again!!

horrible service
I was forced to stay here due to a mistake from hotels.com booking reservation system. This room was very dirty, had holes in the wall and shower, stains on floor, burn holes in blankets, as I woke up on my day of check out I found that I had 6 bug bites on my hand an body. I was very disappointed in hotels.com for this situation when I originally made a reservation at a very clean hotel before they made these unexpected changes. I am very dissatisfied

Disgusting in multiple ways
Price gauged! Had no choice but to stay in a hotel last minute after being kicked out of my house. Only room in 20 mi radius...for this room which is seedy, noisy, dank, dated: nearly $300 after taxes. Aren't there laws to prevent office gauging?...except there was no placard in the room kidding what the max allowable rate was. Trust me. I looked.

Jumping off to Napa
Stayed in Fairfield for 3 nights as a jumping off point for a weekend in Napa. Motel was in a largely industrial area, close to the freeway and to the downtown Fairfield shopping/dining area. At checkin, the hotel was largely empty. Given a standard king bed room on the second floor with a very small stand-up shower bathroom and an odd small room (about 6 feet square) which had an uncurtained window directly adjacent to the bed that faced east. When the sun rose at 5:15am, it shined directly on the pillows of the bed. We jerry-rigged a curtain that was more or less successful in reducing the light but the blackout curtains on the other windows were less than useless as the room was light as soon as the sun rose. The room did not have any amenities--no coffee maker, no fridge, no microwave. The ice machine on the ground floor charged 25 cents for approximately 2 cups of ice(?????). The continental breakfast consisted of prepackaged pastries, packaged oatmeal, a juice machine and a Keurig knockoff. One morning, there was fruit. Breakfast was served from 7am to 10am. The front office/reception area was always locked and patrons needed to ring a bell to check in or check out. All in all, Fairfield isn't a bad place to stay to jump off to Napa but not sure that I would go back to the Econolodge.

OK for quick stay but dingy.
The room was dingy, and the rug was very stained. The TV worked but needed coaxing. On the positive side the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Keep Driving!
Just don't. This place was scary. The area around the hotel is sketchy to begin with. The parking lot smelled like urine. The front desk clerk was behind a bank teller type window, I'm assuming for his safety. People were peeking out of their room windows. We had room #53. The room itself was large. The bed was fine. There was a small room that was probably a kitchen in a previous life that had a mini-fridge, microwave, and small table. The bathroom... cramped, but that was livable. There was a window above the toilet and bars on the outside of the window. The window slides open and where the opening was, the bar was missing! The window wouldn't lock shut. We took our stuff with us and thought about getting another room, but by the time we arrived back at the motel, it was late and we decided to tough it out. My husband took a tire iron from the car to wedge the window shut (like a dowel). You can hear footsteps very loudly from the room above. Using the remote and cable was a little tricky. The WiFi was great and we had no problems with it. Six-thirty in the morning, the person in the next room was blaring music and the base came right through the walls. There is no breakfast, like it says on the listing. There is actually a sign taped onto the glass at the front desk that says there is no breakfast offered. You can hear people clearly as they're walking past the room and talking. Turns out, we were fine, but it was a little nerve-wracking staying here.
