チェックインの時間前に到着してしまいましたが、部屋の準備が出来てるとの事で、すぐに部屋に案内してもらえました。 駐車場の場所をホテル近くで電話で尋ねたら、女性のスタッフの方が地図を持って玄関口で待っててくれて詳しく説明していただきました。

フロントに職員がいるのに目の前で自分で端末に住所などを漢字変換しながら入力したり、パスポートの写しを取ったりする作業は面倒だった。コロナでそうなったのか、それとも近い将来人員を削減するための布石か？ あと、朝食が冷めたお弁当がドアにかけてあるだけというのも残念だった。予約時に記載を見落としていたかもしれないが初めての経験で驚いた。 職員さんは笑顔の人もそうでない人もいた。外国籍のかたもフロントにいるのは良いなと思った。

音に過敏な方は避けたほうがよいです。
部屋の遮音性は高くない。 隣の部屋の音が聞こえる。 また、西鉄大牟田線沿いの立地のため、電車の走行音が頻繁に聞こえる。 朝食は鮭弁当が提供された。 斬新な朝食だと感じ、好感が持てた。
