Room was very nice. Beds were comfy and towels were so soft. Coffee/fridge area was well stocked. There is only shampoo in the shower so if you need conditioner bring your own. Pool area was perfect for a calm afternoon.

We were booked for 2 nights, but requested to stay for 4. Brand new modern but cozy rooms. Much thought and care was obviously put in to this place. Laid back and open nature of the Dells on a small scale so you have that more personal small town experience like Macinaw island. I think because the rooms had all new aircon, the air in smelled fresh and clean, despite smoke from Canandian wildfires. It gives a lowkey Sundara feel. I went in the sauna last minute, which at Sundara would not be so easy. It's brand new, upsacle, but modern, spa like, laid back cozy feel. Unique. The pool is about half in the shade under mature trees. Perfect. My friend and I's children loved it! Very close to my church and downtown too! I hesitated to review because I don't want it to be booked when we go again.

The outdoor amenities seemed to be under construction. There was an issue with my tub which was badly stained orange. The room was remodeled with new bathroom fixtures so that was a bit of a surprise. Management sent staff over to reclean the tub and they were able to remove some of the stain but not all. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

This was actually my first motel stay experience, and these folks completely changed my preconceived (and honestly negative) thoughts about motels. The check-in process was incredibly simple—no office visit needed, we drove straight to our room. The space was spotless, felt very safe, and every inch was clearly thought through and intentionally designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The prices were so reasonable, and we will absolutely stay again—hopefully getting to enjoy even more of their many amenities next time!

Staff was accommodating, kind and allowed us to check-in earlier than expected. Check in was simple and didn’t require much. We loved our room and it was just the right space for a night in the Dells. We were in town for a tournament and thought it was conveniently located to the JAG, and even could have walked if needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Juniper. The room was very clean and comfortable. Updated flooring and furniture. The pool was especially welcoming during the horrible heat wave. I could not rate the staff any higher because we never saw anyone. Check in was online, and we were gone most of the day.
