Chula Vista Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We’ve stayed here many times but this weekend was horrible. They had a wrestling meet being held with hundreds of kids, their parents and additional family members collecting in the hallway, sleeping practicing, playing and eating all without masks. No cleaning or way to sanitize during the day with so many people and for sure not Covid safe at all. There was also extremely limited parking and no way to eat at the hotel without o we an hour wait for a seat and another hour for food. I felt sorry for both the guests and staff as they were clearly not prepared for such an endeavor. It was not a pleasant stay. The worst was when we asked for a late check out due to the snow storm and we’re told no.

First the room was in another building across the street.so you had to go out side to get to wAter park. They never told us this was the case .this place is very expensive and not worth the money .

Nothing was open but still charged for just staying with no amenities

The sheets are too small for the bed, so the fitted sheet will not stay on the bad. Makes for uncomfortable sleeping

It was just....okay

Nice hotel, but wave pool was closed day before and during Labor Day. Had a scary group camping outside our door who were very inebriated and could not access their rooms. Police finally arrived and disposed Of the folks having a hard time being civilized.

First room we were given was absolutely trash. It was on the first floor and walked out patio. Beds were saggy and gross. Bathroom was gross. Smelled moldy everywhere. We asked for a new room and were given one on the top floor. This room was remodeled and much nicer. The hotel would do better to clean its balcony’s regularly. First one had a dirty hotel towel left on it. Second one was covered in spiders and spider webs. As far as staff everyone was friendly but the attention to any Covid procedures was mediocre at best. Some employees wore masks while many didn’t. I wish I had listened to my gut and past reviews and saved the money and stayed somewhere else. A 90 buck room at a mom and pop motel down the road would have been much better value. For the price paid here I expected much more.

Love this place for my little ones !!!! Really neat rooms inside and the indoor pool is so much fun for my 8 and 5 year old . Super accessible to dells and great food and Starbucks onsite !!!

Out dated rooms, staff was friendly, but it took calling 3 times to guest service to finally get towels after a 6 hour wait.

It was an amazing experience and my kids loved the place
