I have stayed here twice now while in town for a concert. Rooms are spacious and clean. The walls are a little thin but I travel with a sound machine so I had no problem. Front desk was manned with a competent, efficient, friendly employee. I can not speak to the pool or other amenities for I did not use them. Price was great.

We booked a last minute couple of nights at Natura for our family of 4 and 2 guests from the UK, and we loved it so much we booked an extra night. You can use the whole range of parks and for $100 a night it presented incredible value. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, location was great and we enjoyed using all the other hotels and parks Rooms were renovated and no frills but clean and comfortable. Amenities amazing. We'll be back
