We stayed in the hotel in the beginning of October and the nights were cold and so was our room. We called the reception because the air-conditioning was not heating and they said it was set for summer and they could not change it at that time of the year. It was the first time I froze in a room, not able to be anywhere else than under the blankets. The so called SPA did not have changing rooms for ladies, no one to receive us, no towels or robes offer... No one was in charge of it, the swimming pool area add rules to ensure the cleanliness of water but the jacuzzi water had human dirt (dead brown skin), cannot be sure about the swimming pool. Breakfast did not offer fresh sliced fruit, but overall it was OK. We stayed at the most silent floor but the last day a room opposite to ours had 3 young men and we could hear them talk, hear them in the bathroom - we cannot imagine how it would have been if the hotel was fully booked and we stayed in the middle floors...
