Great location (u can go everywhere by foot). Big room with nice amenities. Tasty breakfast (all products were fresh and tasty, even though the scrambled eggs weren’t hot and not as tasty as usual). Kind personnel who wanted to help u. A bit expensive, but in comparison with other hotels nearby it is better. A huge plus for the 24/7 coffee and water machines in the lobby.

A four star hotel with no fridge or access to an ice bucket The staff were on the whole impervious to us as guests but responsive if we needed anything such as milk for coffee. Not sure why that’s not in the room? Location quiet and not too far from the Old Port but you’ll need to be fairly fit to walk anywhere from the hotel or grab taxis. No bar in the Hotel ☹️

We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice.

Beautiful spaces, smart design and decoration, very handy water and tea station, very convenient location, 10 min on foot from the main bus & train station, also from the old port.
