Updated hotel with clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast can be a bit crowded but the food is quite reasonable. If you use your card (touch) for the laundry service, press the card a bit larger than you usually do until the green light under "processing" shows.

Facilities was clean. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff helpful and polite. Our room was towards the end of the property so it was nice and quiet, however, the WIFI was very spotty and was out more than in. Our first day at breakfast I realized that the hotel was probably sold out as there were many people in the dining room. At 8:30 a.m. they were out of a lot of items for breakfast. Only one person in charge of dining room and she was desperately overwhelmed. The following 2 days was better. You have to ask to get your room cleaned as it's not done automatically. Onsite laundry facility was a great help as we had just gotten off a long cruise. Overall, good value for what was offered. Will stay there again if the value is as good for the area.

my expectations were absolutely met and blown away here. for an "extended stay" with such adorable rates i wasn't expecting it to be nearly as good as it was! the renovations really made a difference here. i love that the rooms didn't have carpet (felt very clean) and i found the breakfast staff, housekeeping team and front desk workers to all be very kind and helpful. the pool area and gym are both very nice and well kept. the location was very convenient as well.
